Technical Support Tickets

To ensure the quickest and most cost effective technical support, please include the following information:

  • Model of Machine
  • Machine Controller (eg. Mach or Delta)
  • Length of Ownership
  • Was the CNC Purchased from a 3rd Party?
  • best time to contact you
  • A detailed description of the problem that is occurring

Please send any pictures or videos that may demonstrate what problems are being seen to Support@legacywoodworking.com 

Please also send part files(eg. .crv, .crv3d)  and gcode(.nc, .txt), this is for diagnosis purposes only

What Does Technical Support Entail?

Technical Support Provides assistance with Machine related issues(eg. calibration, part replacement, etc…). It does not include program troubleshooting, programming assistance, or software support for programs other than Mach 3 and The Delta Controller Software . These are separate services not included under warranty, but are available for purchase from one of our trainers

Fifteen minutes of Free Phone Support will be provided for each new support ticket. If additional Phone Support is needed, it can be provided for an additional cost of $80 per hour charged in 15 Minute intervals.
