I’m Tracy with Legacy Woodworking Machinery, and I’m excited to tell you about our special offer on Conversational Cam or Sea Cam Pro. So hold on to the end of the video and I’ll get you all the details. But first, let’s start with the question why? Why did legacy create Cam Pro? Well, it’s pretty simple. Legacy builds the most versatile woodworking CNC on the market.

00:00:22:22 – 00:00:43:18
Unknown
It has the three axis table like any other CNC table has a built in vacuum. So you can do sheet processing or clamping standard parts. But it also has a fantastic turning center with exclusive features and a vertical clamping system that lets you do precision joinery. So we automate more woodworking processes than any other CNC on the market.

00:00:43:20 – 00:01:07:06

Well, we developed C Cam Pro dissolve two problems. The first problem is how do you create the toolbars that take full advantage of a legacy CNC? We love trick software, aspiring B Car Pro. They’re very, very powerful. When you can find the capabilities of both softwares into one. You have the ultimate one two punch. The second challenge is how do we distribute projects?

00:01:07:08 – 00:01:31:16
Unknown
For example, I’m using the latest version of a Vitamix software, either aspire V Car Pro and I create a project and I send you that file, but you don’t have the most recent version, you have an earlier version you haven’t upgraded, or you can’t open my file, so there’s no way you can use it. So we can use the Cam Pro as a as a way to distribute projects that will open on any machine.

00:01:31:16 – 00:01:54:06

For example, I develop in whatever software I put that into C Cam Pro. In fact, I combine elements of C Cam Pro and Aspire into one to create the full project. I send you the file or the project file in C Cam Pro. When you open it up, it’ll generate the code specifically for your machine and you don’t even have to look at the original files.

00:01:54:08 – 00:02:20:04
Unknown
Let me show you how that works. So I’m going to open up C Cam Pro. Now this is a brand new install. So if I go to my projects there are no projects in here to start with okay. I send a project out to you. Well, you simply go to file and go to import project. And then you take the file that I send you.

00:02:20:06 – 00:02:42:13

For example, it could be the whole spiral candlestick. And when you open up the projects now it’s in here already okay. If I go and say file import another project and this time I’m at Choose the Barstool and we’ll open that. Now when I go to projects, both of these projects are in here. And let’s go ahead and open one and take a look.

00:02:42:15 – 00:03:03:16

So if I look at the barstool and I select that it uses two workstations, the three axis horizontal table and the vertical for doing joinery. If you open this up, here are all the different parts that you’re going to use to to machine. So if I take this one right here for example, then I can generate the code.

00:03:03:18 – 00:03:17:04
Unknown
And there’s the code specifically for my machine to run to make this part. If I look at the next part and I generate this code.

00:03:17:06 – 00:03:39:18
Unknown
There’s the code to carve this part of the seat. Right. If we go to the vertical table and we look at, the tenon for the leg, we can generate this code. And there it is. Ready to cut this part. You simply save this code out and take it to your machine and go. And it doesn’t matter which machine you use, whether it’s a Delta controller or Mach3 controller, they’ll work okay.

00:03:39:20 – 00:03:57:18
Unknown
So that’s the that’s how easy it is for us to distribute the projects. Now let’s take a look at the hello spiral candlestick. We select that. It actually has all three workstations and it has parts in each one. If you go to the training center for example, here are the all the tool paths to create the hello spiral.

00:03:57:20 – 00:04:22:17
Unknown
So if we generate this G-code. That’s ready to cut on your machine. Now a lot of this is programed right within C Cam Pro. Some of it is imported from Veteran Course Fire. So it depends upon the part. And that’s the power of having a program that will import code generated with another CAD cam file and combine it with code that’s created within c cam itself.

00:04:22:19 – 00:04:41:17

Now, if you take advantage of the special offer and order your copy of C Cam Pro, then we are going to include five projects. And you saw how easy it is to import those into C Cam Pro. The first ones are fairly simple. This is a shop stool that I say it’s very simple, but it looks kind of complicated.

00:04:41:17 – 00:05:02:07
Unknown
But in fact it’s pretty simple. The second one is a shelf and it uses a couple of workstations, but then it gets a little bit more complicated. For example, we’re going to include the hello spiral candlestick. And you just generate the code, set up your machine and start cutting. We’re also going to include the project for this, wall clock.

00:05:02:11 – 00:05:32:11

It’s a beautiful piece I love this piece. And last we’re going to include the Bar stool, a beautiful piece that was created and designed by Andy. So place your order now and receive all five of these projects at no charge. So for more information or to place your order, give us a call at (801) 491-0010. Again (801) 491-0010.
