This four poster bed was designed by Glen S. Anderson, a very talented designer who studied Architecture at UNLV (University of Nevada, Las Vegas). Glen often draws upon that experience when designing custom furniture.

In this project we will demonstrate the following techniques:

Using the Horizontal Vises to mount the stock instead of between centers.

Using vertical templates to form the wide curve on the bottom of the post.

Using templates to mill the shoulders of the tenons to match the curve of the post.

Milling the reeded detail over the end of the post.
